Project Overview

SafeAir were engaged to deep clean resort ventilation systems at Imperial Surf Resort in 2009. Due to the overall satisfaction of the Body Corporate in 2009, and with further build-up presenting throughout the ventilation duct system years later in 2016, we were re-engaged by the Body Corporate and resort management to re clean resort ventilation systems as well as the installation of replacement air vents, air registers and dampers throughout all resort apartments.

With a successful clean in 2009 in which removed years of accumulated build-up throughout the exhaust ventilation system. Our second deep clean in 2016 again breathed new life into the ductwork system with noted improvements in exhaust airflow throughout the resort and its self-contained apartments.

The Body Corporate decision to modernise the look of air vents and air registers in toilet, bathroom, en suite and laundry areas added value and freshness to resort apartments and the installation of new dampers allowed the system to be re-balanced back to its intended design specification.
