SafeAir were engaged by the Body Corporate to deep clean apartment ventilation systems at Currumbin Sands On The Beach, Palm Beach in 2008. Fast forward to 2016 and with build-up and airflow again reducing, the committee along with resort management chose to re-engage our company to re clean apartment ventilation systems with great success.

Often we find resort, unit complex and hotel management staff and their respective Body Corporate committees are proactive towards finding healthy solutions to blocked or poorly operating exhaust ventilation duct systems. Currumbin Sands On The Beach saw the need and benefit in providing their guests and tenants with fresh, safe and clean air throughout apartment toilet, bathroom, en suite and laundry areas.

The Body Corporate and resort management worked harmoniously with SafeAir technicians as to not disrupt holiday guests during the ventilation system deep clean. The resort has decided to add the deep clean service to its maintenance schedule in the future.

SafeAir provide all of our accommodation clients with effective methods for accessing sometimes very busy resort apartments, units and hotel rooms with minimal disruption to guests or tenants during our time on site.
