Project Overview
La Sabbia Resort Apartments on the Gold Coast engaged SafeAir to carry out a full deep clean of the buildings exhaust ventilation duct system after receiving reports of poor exhaust airflow and a reduction of indoor air quality.
Technicians found reduced exhaust airflow readings throughout low and mid-level apartments and build-up present within apartment air registers in toilet, ensuite, bathroom and laundry areas. Duct cleaning maintenance should never be a case of ‘out of sight, out of mind’. Due to construction and the buildings close proximity to the beach, over time the system had become blocked with lint, dust and other matter. Technicians were able to remove blockages throughout the system and restore balanced airflow throughout the buildings exhaust ventilation duct system.
The resorts on-site management, body corporate committee and strata management teams all worked alongside our trusted technicians throughout the deep clean with great success. The on-site management have scheduled the maintenance to form part of their planned services in years to come.
