Iconic Magic Mountain Resort Apartments in Miami on the Gold Coast initiated SafeAir to carry out a deep clean of the exhaust ventilation duct systems in 2016. Whilst the exhaust system had been kept clean externally, the system had not been deep-cleaned since the resort was constructed. Technicians successfully removed strong build-up throughout apartment air registers and associated ductwork, risers and roof exhaust fans. In an effort to modernise apartments, the Body Corporate also replaced over 300 air registers throughout the resort.

SafeAir and resort management worked closely to deep clean the resorts expansive ventilation duct system with minimal disruption to the resorts residents and valued guests. Improvements in airflow, reduction in overheating and reduction in odour build-up within toilet/bathroom areas were all noticed by management and tenants.

This forward-thinking Body Corporate chose to modernise the look of apartments and replace broken and damaged air registers whilst SafeAir technicians carried out the deep clean. This decision reduced overall costs by removing the need for technicians to return to site and refit new registers at a later date.
