Project Overview

SafeAir were appointed by the Mantra Towers of Chevron Management team along with Bodies Corporate to carry out duct cleaning services and clean apartment exhaust ventilation systems throughout all 3 towers. 650 apartments were serviced throughout the resort with zero disruptions to tenants or gusts.

Mantra’s proactive Bodies Corporate along with Resort Management saw the great benefits in cleaning the buildings ventilation systems and improvements in airflow throughout the towers was evident post-clean.

A reduction in air moisture content in bathroom and ensuite areas has reduced potential mould issues from arising in the future, and a general improvement in airflow throughout each building was noted. Removal of build-up within the exhaust ventilation duct system reduces potential fire risks and ensures the exhaust ventilation duct system is operating as designed.

Management were pleased with the improvement in exhaust airflow suction throughout the building following the ventilation duct cleaning service. Daily access requirements to the extensive number of apartments was easily managed with no interruptions to residents, guests or the letting pool.

SafeAir worked collectively with resort management and bodies corporate during the clean, met daily allocations with ease in this iconic resorts fast-paced environment.
