Project Overview

The Sebel Twin Waters Resort offers a collection of beach houses and apartments set amongst the tranquility of Twin Waters.

SafeAir were engaged by Resort Management to complete duct cleaning services and carry out a full deep-clean of all 42 apartment exhaust ventilation duct systems to remove accumulated build-up from apartment air registers and associated ventilation ducts throughout the building.

Management reported an increase in airflow throughout air registers in bathroom, ensuite and laundry areas, reducing heat and allowing moisture in bathrooms to clear faster.

Decreased suction was initially reported and during our initial site survey. On inspection it was evident air registers and control dampers that had been subjected to Queensland’s heat and humidity over a period of years had enabled lint and fibrous material to block these vital components and become problematic for the systems ducts.

SafeAir technicians successfully removed years of accumulated lint, dust and matter from the buildings ventilation system thus removing any potential fire and health associated risks from the ventilation ducts.

Roof exhaust fans were deep-cleaned along with associated roof ducting further improving air suction throughout apartments.
